The SIMATIC IPC477E is a fan-free embedded panel PC for complex visualization and control tasks with single- and multi-touch display.

It is maintenance-free and can be configured, integrated, and commissioned flexibly and simply. With its rugged metal enclosure, it can withstand even severe mechanical stress.


Application

The SIMATIC IPC477D is designed for use directly on the machine, where the combination of ruggedness and maximum reliability is a major priority (the reliability of an embedded platform) and the openness of a PC is also required (e.g. module expansion and the connection of I/O devices such as printers, keyboards, etc.).

Due to the minimal mounting depth, it can also be used in confined spaces
