Package Shipment

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt via Correos España or TIPSA, with tracking and signature upon delivery. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply; please contact us before selecting this option. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will apply to each one individually. We are not liable for any damage your package may sustain after shipment, but we take every precaution to protect fragile items.
